That's how I like my meals. And that is what this is.
Pepper Couscous
Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat couscous (I get mine at Trader Joes)
diced peppers
chopped green onion
1.5 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
dash of salt
dash of vinegar
Here's how I make my couscous: Mix with 1 1/4 cup water and a bouillon cube. Bring it to a boil, take off heat and let sit for a few minutes. Fluff with a fork, and voila!
Mix everything together, and serve it in a pretty bowl. *grin*
