We've developed a morning ritual over the last month or so that I've really been enjoying. When daddy leaves for work, we head into Molly's bedroom for a good 20-30 minutes and read.
We read about animals. We read Bible stories.
We read about Jesus and we read about how much mommy loves Molly.
We read about the alphabet and always sing our ABC's (ok, mommy sings. But I'm sure she will join in sometime!)
Sometimes I kind of think of it as Eleven-month-old homeschooling preschool. HAHA. I'm just thrilled that my little girls enjoys reading.
.how to speak dog. classic, right?.
How fun! Love this.
ReplyDeleteI love it! I SO wish Jude would sit down and look at books with me! His attention span is about 30 seconds and he's off running to the next room to get into whatever mischief he has his heart set on. :-) I know someday he'll love to read with me. As for now - we read in 30 second spurts. Haha.
ReplyDeleteAdorable :)
ReplyDeleteI miss her. And you. I wanna be where you are so I can read with you and Molly girl.
